Please join us as we celebrate 33 years of New Wave City - 1992-2025!
It was during the summer of 1992 that Skip and Shindog decided to throw a party at the venerable I-Beam nightclub. The premise was a reunion of sorts for those who had been Tuesday-night regulars at the club, some ten years earlier. This was maybe the last opportunity to dance, once again, in a nightclub setting to an entire evening of New Wave music. Brian Raffi was the special guest DJ and that first event, again on a Tuesday night, was a raging success. As the night came to a close, people kept coming up to the intrepid duo and imploring them, “Please do this again!”. And so here we are, in 2025, celebrating our 33-year anniversary.
